Job Overview

The Head of Ecobank Business Services will oversee all aspects of business services operations, including service delivery, process optimization, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency to meet the evolving needs of our diverse corporate and SME client base, contributing significantly to Ecobank Nigeria’s continued success and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for Ecobank Business Services.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of business service professionals.
  • Ensure the consistent and high-quality delivery of all business services.
  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the department.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business services, operations management, or a related banking function.
  • Proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian financial services landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
