Job Overview

As a Remote Product Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and iterating on user interfaces and experiences for Busha’s innovative digital asset platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve Busha’s design system and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
