Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator III will be responsible for implementing and overseeing NNEC’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and client specifications. This role involves proactive identification of potential quality issues, development of corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives within engineering, construction, and project support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate project quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Review and approve quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection reports.
  • Liaise with project teams, clients, and third-party inspectors on quality matters.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of quality training programs.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality auditing techniques.
