Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator III will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance systems and processes across all Scruples Resources’ service areas. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of quality management principles and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement within a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance strategies and frameworks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of service delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Quality Management, Social Sciences).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role within the consultancy sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies.
