Job Overview

The Carpenter will be responsible for the installation, repair, and construction of various wooden structures and fixtures within our managed high-rise buildings. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure all carpentry tasks are completed to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, and repair wooden frameworks, structures, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building components.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with other trades and facility managers to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques and the use of relevant tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid identification.
