Job Overview

The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of high-rise buildings. This role requires meticulous surface preparation, precise application techniques, and adherence to safety protocols to deliver professional and durable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
  • Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
  • Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades.
  • Protect adjacent surfaces and fixtures from paint splatter.
  • Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
