Job Overview

The Retail Relationship Management Officer will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing profitable relationships with our retail customer base. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and ensuring consistent delivery of superior customer service, thereby contributing to the Bank’s growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate banking products and services.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conduct regular customer engagements and feedback sessions.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales and service targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information and transaction records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in retail banking, customer relationship management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
