Job Overview

The Cost & Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and reconciling inventory across all RESL locations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and analyzing cost data to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all assets and supplies.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track and analyze costs associated with inventory, including procurement, storage, and usage.
  • Assist in developing and implementing inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Prepare cost reports and provide insights for budget management.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
