Job Overview

The Principal will be responsible for the overall administration, academic leadership, and operational management of the assigned school. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in educational leadership, student welfare, and staff development, ensuring the school thrives in delivering a high-quality education aligned with RESL’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment.
• Manage staff recruitment, professional development, and performance.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, the community, and RESL management.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in school administration or leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian educational system and K-12 curriculum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational resources effectively.
