Job Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process for our trading platform, translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You will champion user-centric design principles, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the strategic direction of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for the trading platform, from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to understand and represent user needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy and features.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing trading platform or complex financial application design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
