Job Overview

The Assistant Warehouse Head will support the Warehouse Head in overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management, accurate inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and upholding Goldline’s commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Head on staff supervision and training.
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
