Job Overview

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interview processes and onboarding new employees. This position demands a strategic approach to talent acquisition, aligning with Buckler Systems’ commitment to innovation and excellence in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and reference checks.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
