Job Overview

TERAWORK is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Strategy to drive our strategic planning and execution. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping TERAWORK’s long-term vision, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our competitive positioning within the dynamic Nigerian digital services market. The Head of Strategy will collaborate across departments to translate strategy into actionable plans that fuel innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine TERAWORK’s overarching business strategy.
  • Identify and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Formulate strategic initiatives for platform growth, user acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track strategic progress and success.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business development, preferably within the tech or marketplace sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market and its business nuances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
