Job Overview

The Expert Forklift Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all forklifts and material handling equipment at Viju Industries Nigeria Limited. This role demands a proactive approach to diagnostics, problem-solving, and ensuring maximum uptime for our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections, diagnostic testing, and preventative maintenance on all forklift equipment.
  • Perform complex repairs on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.

  • Proven experience as a Forklift Maintenance Technician, with expert-level proficiency.
