Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to support Stellas Digital Bank’s growth and market objectives.

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Manage and optimize resource allocation, including budget, technology, and personnel.
