Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-centric Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for our Australian micro-SME clients, fostering strong relationships and driving proactive engagement to ensure their ultimate satisfaction and success with Sleek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Australian clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Drive client adoption and maximise their utilisation of Sleek’s features.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor client health and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian small business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to drive customer delight.
