Job Overview

The IT Support & E-commerce Operations Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal users and managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of both IT support best practices and e-commerce functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and user workstations.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platform operations, including product listings and order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce related technical issues.
• Monitor website performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Assist with the implementation of new IT and e-commerce initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with common operating systems and office productivity software.
