Job Overview

The Lifecycle Specialist, Time & Attendance will be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee time and attendance data for clients operating within the EMEA region. This involves meticulous data handling, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional support throughout the employee lifecycle, specifically concerning time tracking and payroll inputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain time and attendance systems for EMEA-based clients.
  • Process and reconcile employee time data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to regional labor laws and company policies related to time tracking.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of wages.
  • Provide support and training to employees and managers on time and attendance procedures.
  • Generate reports and analytics related to timekeeping data.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in time and attendance administration, preferably within an EMEA context.
  • Familiarity with various time tracking software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in multiple EMEA countries.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
