Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our brand presence and market share in Nigeria. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies that align with Transsion’s overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals for new products, services, or market entries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of the Nigerian telecommunications and consumer electronics market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
