Job Overview

The Technical Engineer will be instrumental in supporting the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our integrated technical systems, ensuring the seamless operation of our access control, automatic entrances, and related parking management technologies across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for access control and parking management systems.
  • Conduct regular system diagnostics and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with project teams on the technical aspects of new installations and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
  • Respond to technical support requests from operational sites.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably within access control or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Nigeria.
