Job Overview

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding RIL’s client base, and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients across our service lines in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the HR or outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
