We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director, Strategic Enterprise – UK to drive our expansion and success within the UK market. This role is pivotal in cultivating and closing high-value, complex deals with large enterprise clients facing unique operational challenges in remote and distributed environments.

Job Overview

As the Regional Sales Director, Strategic Enterprise – UK, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives focused on our most significant enterprise accounts. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, cultivate deep client relationships, and champion Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud to address critical business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the UK enterprise market.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Identify and qualify strategic sales opportunities, understanding complex customer challenges in physical operations.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and continued value realization.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise software sales, specifically within the UK market.
  • Extensive experience selling complex, value-based solutions to Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a history of building and developing successful sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of IoT, cloud technologies, and their application in physical operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
