Job Overview

The POS Captain will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Point of Sale (POS) terminal operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure transactions at designated locations within Nigeria. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS terminals.
  • Ensure adherence to all security protocols and company policies related to financial transactions.
  • Train and guide staff on proper POS usage and best practices.
  • Monitor transaction data for accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with technical support and vendors for hardware and software issues.
  • Generate and review reports on POS performance and transaction volumes.
