We are looking for a dynamic individual to enhance our brand’s visual communication and engagement through compelling motion graphics and design solutions.

Job Overview

The Creative Designer – Motion & Graphics Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual content, primarily focusing on motion graphics and animated elements for various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and informative content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Design and produce animated explainers, social media content, and presentation graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets.
  • Ensure all designs align with FITC’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver assets within agreed deadlines.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and design work.
  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
