Job Overview

The Training and Vetting Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our personnel, as well as overseeing the rigorous vetting process to ensure the highest caliber of staff. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to upholding BNL’s reputation for excellence and trustworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering security protocols, operational procedures, and customer service.
  • Design and implement effective vetting procedures for all prospective employees, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and vetting documentation.
  • Assess training needs and identify areas for professional development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure training aligns with operational requirements.
  • Ensure all training and vetting activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in training delivery and/or personnel vetting, preferably within the security industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
