Job Overview

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Nkoyo Pharmaceuticals’ product portfolio to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors across assigned territories in Nigeria. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate uses of Nkoyo Pharmaceuticals’ products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory effectively.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
