Job Overview

Didii is looking for empathetic and efficient Customer Care Representatives to provide outstanding support to our user base. This remote position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of financial innovation in Nigeria, assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring seamless utilization of Didii’s unique money management features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (chat, email, phone) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account management, transactions, and feature usage.
  • Educate users on Didii’s functionalities and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Nigerian local language.
  • Comfortable working with technology and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
