Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies within a designated region, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market penetration for MSI Nigeria’s comprehensive range of reproductive health products and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to meet or exceed organizational targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all MSI Nigeria policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape and distribution channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
