Job Overview

The Banker, Business will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients in Abeokuta. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and driving business growth for Stanbic IBTC Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new business clients within designated sectors.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business relationships.
  • Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Conduct credit assessments and present loan proposals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business banking, relationship management, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
