Job Overview

As our Customer Success representative in Japan, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our Japanese clientele. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring our users achieve maximum value from ElevenLabs’ innovative AI voice technology. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, driving adoption, and fostering long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in the Japanese market.
  • Onboard new Japanese customers, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify potential challenges and offer timely solutions.
  • Educate customers on new features and best practices for leveraging ElevenLabs’ platform.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to advocate for Japanese customer needs.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Passion for AI and cutting-edge technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
