Job Overview

The Lead, Financial Advisory will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive financial advisory strategies to support Infrastructure Bank Plc’s mandate. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive expertise in infrastructure finance, project structuring, and client engagement to ensure the successful origination and execution of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financial advisory mandates for infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private sector sponsors, and multilateral institutions.
  • Provide expert financial advice, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and prepare compelling investment proposals.
  • Mentor and guide a team of financial advisory professionals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in infrastructure finance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, or financial advisory.
  • Proven track record in structuring and closing significant infrastructure deals in Nigeria or similar emerging markets.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian financial markets and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
