Job Overview

The Deputy Station Manager will support the Station Manager in overseeing the efficient and safe day-to-day operations of a Virgin Forest Energy Limited fuel station. This role involves ensuring optimal customer service, managing inventory, and upholding all company standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Supervise and train station staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and security regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and optimizing station profitability.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the downstream oil and gas sector.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong understanding of fuel station operations and safety procedures.
