Job Overview

The Analyst- Model Audit will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial models developed for our diverse client base. This position involves rigorous testing, validation, and review of financial models, adhering to best practices and industry standards to build client confidence in their financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews of financial models for accuracy, logic, and functionality.
  • Identify and document any discrepancies, errors, or potential risks within financial models.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario testing, and stress testing to assess model robustness.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback and recommendations for model improvement.
  • Collaborate with modelling teams to ensure adherence to audit findings and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation for all review activities.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formula auditing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
