Job Overview

Human Capital Partners (HCP) seeks a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Nigerian operations. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of our human capital services. This is a pivotal leadership role demanding astute business acumen, deep understanding of the Nigerian HR landscape, and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall strategic vision and business plan for HCP Nigeria.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through innovative service offerings and client relationship management.
  • Oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the senior leadership team and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure robust financial management and profitability.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record of executive leadership and strategic decision-making, preferably within the professional services or HR consulting sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian business environment and HR practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and foster innovation.
  • A relevant postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
