Malaria Consortium Nigeria is at the forefront of the fight against malaria, a significant public health challenge in the country. We are dedicated to reducing malaria incidence and mortality through innovative, evidence-based interventions. In close collaboration with the Nigerian Ministry of Health and other vital partners, we are proud to lead and implement three key malaria control initiatives: Support to the National Malaria Control Programme (SuNMaP), NetWorks, and MAPS. Our work encompasses providing essential technical support for malaria control, enhancing capacity through harmonized training of healthcare workers, and strengthening health systems to ensure sustainable progress. Job Overview

Malaria Consortium Nigeria is recruiting for various positions to support its impactful malaria control programs across the country. These roles are crucial for delivering high-quality interventions and contributing to our mission of eliminating malaria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to malaria control activities.
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program interventions.
  • Facilitate capacity building and training sessions for health workers.
  • Support the strengthening of health systems at national and sub-national levels.
  • Collaborate effectively with government counterparts, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications in public health, health sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in malaria control programming or public health initiatives in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian health sector and malaria landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
