Job Overview
The Internal Control, Risk & Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal control systems, comprehensive risk management frameworks, and adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance standards within Drugstoc eHub Limited. This role is critical in safeguarding our assets, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring our operations align with legal and ethical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective internal control policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
Design and execute compliance programs to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies.
Monitor and audit internal processes to ensure compliance and identify control deficiencies.
Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present reports on internal control, risk, and compliance status to senior management.
Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting the healthcare sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
Strong understanding of Nigerian healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and control design.
