Job Overview

The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire bid process, ensuring all proposals are submitted accurately, comprehensively, and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process from initial inquiry to final submission.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information.
  • Review tender documents, identify requirements, and develop bid strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting bid responses, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Maintain a database of bid submissions and performance metrics.
  • Track bid deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is an advantage.
