Lotus Capital Limited is thrilled to announce an open recruitment drive for three critical positions within our esteemed organization: Risk Analyst, Junior Research Analyst, and Portfolio Manager. We are searching for analytical minds, keen investigators, and strategic thinkers who are passionate about the financial markets and possess a strong desire to excel. ## Key Responsibilities

* **Risk Analyst:** Conduct thorough risk assessments across various business units, identify potential financial, operational, and market risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on risk exposures, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
* **Junior Research Analyst:** Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data, market trends, and economic indicators. Support senior analysts in preparing research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations. Conduct due diligence on potential investments and companies.
* **Portfolio Manager:** Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives and market conditions. Monitor portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and rebalance assets as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing expert advice.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and ensure robust financial practices.
* Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and investment management.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of analytical tools and methodologies.
* Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels.

## Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant financial software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet).
* For the Portfolio Manager role, relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) or advanced degrees are highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management concepts.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
