Job Overview
House Unlimited Land and Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly motivated and client-centric Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic client relationship management plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our property offerings.
* Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, proposing tailored solutions that align with their investment goals and our property portfolio.
* Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain strong communication channels.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client acquisition and engagement strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and manage the client database effectively.
* Analyze client data to identify trends, assess satisfaction levels, and inform business decisions.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
* Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the real estate or financial services sector.
* Demonstrated understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and investment principles.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
