Job Overview

FMN is embarking on an exciting recruitment drive to fill seventeen diverse positions, spanning crucial operational, technical, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
* Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with FMN’s business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
* Conduct thorough internal control assessments and develop recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance operational integrity.
* Operate and maintain milling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality in accordance with established protocols.
* Perform skilled electrical maintenance and repair on plant machinery and infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Supervise logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
* Manage export operations, coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth and compliant international trade.
* Execute preventative maintenance programs for packing machinery, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
* Lead and mentor mechanical teams, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment.
* Implement and monitor packing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
* Perform skilled fitting and fabrication tasks for machinery and equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
* Create engaging and informative content across various platforms, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and video production.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
* Manage and maintain the fleet of tyres for the Golden Transport Division, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
* Execute comprehensive maintenance and repair schedules for workshop equipment and machinery.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or agro-allied sector.
* Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications for the specific role applied for.
* Strong understanding of industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in relevant software and technologies for the specific position.
* Willingness to travel and relocate to the specified states (Delta, Ogun, Lagos, and Cross River) as required.
