Key Responsibilities

* Translate complex commodity and energy market reports, analyses, and client communications from English to French and vice-versa with exceptional accuracy and nuance.
* Manage and coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and supporting commercial initiatives with a focus on French-speaking markets.
* Develop and deliver engaging training programs on energy industry fundamentals, tailored for a French-speaking audience, fostering knowledge and understanding.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with S&P Global Commodity Insights clients, particularly those in French-speaking regions, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Proactively identify client needs and challenges, developing and implementing strategies to enhance their experience and maximize the value they derive from our services.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success strategies and operational processes.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, particularly within French-speaking commodity and energy sectors.

## Requirements

* Proven fluency in both written and spoken French and English is essential for all roles, with a strong preference for native or near-native proficiency in French.
* Demonstrated experience in translation, office management, training delivery, or customer success, ideally within the financial, commodity, or energy sectors.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and any industry-specific platforms.
* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Willingness and ability to work effectively in a global, remote, or hybrid work environment.
