Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will create high quality visual content for both digital and print platforms while maintaining and strengthening the organization’s brand identity. As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer

Skills and Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Figma or Canva
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates experience in awareness campaigns, education, and community engagement projects
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce clean, error free designs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain creative concepts
• Deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, especially within social impact or community focused initiatives
• Openness to feedback and ability to apply revisions effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
