Job Description
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2026 has reopened its application portal, offering fresh graduates an exciting opportunity to gain structured, paid work experience across Nigeria’s public and private sectors. This programme is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical skills, enhance employability, and foster career development while contributing to national growth.
Programme Overview
Selected fellows will be placed in organisations across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory for a 12-month placement. During this period, participants will:
- Gain hands-on experience in their chosen career fields
- Receive a monthly stipend of ₦150,000
- Develop professional skills and industry knowledge
- Contribute to Nigeria’s socio-economic development

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme 2026, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Have graduated not earlier than 2022
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower or a Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit
- Be 30 years old or younger at the time of application
- Be unemployed at the time of application
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or obtained a valid exemption
