This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organised, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and can ensure the safety of company assets, employees, and customers through effective security management.

Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Security Officer, your main duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily security operations across assigned locations
• Managing Security Supervisors, Loss Prevention Officers, and CCTV Operators
• Monitoring surveillance systems and reviewing security reports for accuracy
• Investigating security incidents and preparing detailed reports
• Identifying potential risks and recommending preventive measures
• Ensuring strict adherence to security policies and procedures
• Responding decisively and calmly during emergency situations

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• OND, Trade Test, or Technical Training certification
• 1 to 5 years of relevant security management experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with surveillance and access control systems
• Ability to investigate incidents, assess risks, and make informed decisions
• High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to work under pressure

Salary

• Monthly salary of N400,000
