Now entering its second cohort, the fellowship offers a 10-month hybrid learning experience for outstanding mid-career leaders across diverse sectors.

Fellowship Overview
The Elevate Africa Fellowship is a structured leadership journey that combines virtual learning, mentorship, in-person immersives, and thought leadership. Fellows engage with experienced African leaders while working on real-world challenges that contribute to sustainable development across the continent.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Elevate Africa Fellowship 2026, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience with measurable impact
- Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a clear commitment to pan-African development
- Have reliable internet access
- Be fully available to participate throughout the duration of the programme

Programme Commitment and Expectations
Fellows are expected to commit fully to all programme components, including:
- Participation in the virtual onboarding session in March 2026
- Active engagement in learning sessions, mentorship and coaching, capstone projects, and thought leadership activities from March to November 2026
- Attendance at three in-person immersion sessions:
- May 2026 in Kigali
- August 2026 in Nigeria
- Late October or early November 2026 (location to be announced)
- Personal funding of travel costs for in-person immersives, with limited scholarships available
- Active participation in cohort discussions and alumni community activities
