Programme Overview

The Accounting Trainee Programme is ideal for young accounting graduates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to grow within a commercial retail organization. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Must not be more than 30 years of age
• Completion of NYSC or possession of a valid exemption letter
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured finance environment
