Job Description
The Swiftest operates leading comparison platforms across insurance, pet care, travel, home, car, and lifestyle categories. The company is seeking an experienced Managing Editor to grow its editorial strategy, improve existing content, and lead a team of writers and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee content updates and new content creation
Manage and scale the editorial calendar
Edit, refine, and optimize comparison-focused content
Supervise writers and occasionally coordinate with technical contributors
Ensure content quality and publishing consistency in WordPress
What You’ll Bring
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Experience managing people and editorial workflows
Confidence working with Google Docs and Spreadsheets
WordPress experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Background or familiarity with insurance or related niches is an advantage
Native English proficiency
Role Details
Salary: $75,000 per year with room for growth
Schedule: 5 days per week, with availability overlapping Pacific Time afternoons
Location: Fully remote
