We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to research, qualify, and nurture high-value Web3 and AI prospects for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify Web3, AI, and Tier-1 crypto partners
  • Run outbound outreach through Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X
  • Use CRMs, databases, and automation tools to streamline prospecting
  • Conduct discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to BD
  • Track engagement, pipeline activity, and performance metrics in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SDR or lead-generation roles
  • Background in Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain environments
  • Strong knowledge of DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, wallets, exchanges, and L1/L2 networks
  • Experience managing cold outreach and high-value leads
  • Proficient with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, remote-first work style

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Web3 communities and culture
  • Experience using automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
