Hi, I’m Lou. I have several years of experience in customer service and support, working with different customers and handling concerns through phone, email, and chat. In my most recent role at Tires Easy, I handled customer orders, shipping concerns, returns, replacements, and account inquiries. I also used Zendesk to manage and document tickets, making sure concerns were properly followed up and resolved. Before that, I worked with companies like TaskUs and Concentrix, where I handled customer and account concerns, billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and other service-related issues. I also have experience in sales support and team supervision from my previous roles. I would describe myself as someone who is patient, dependable, and comfortable dealing with different types of customers. I’m also always willing to learn new processes and tools.
