Key Responsibilities

- Process stock requisitions from Distribution Representatives promptly
- Cross-check stock issued to other locations against waybills to ensure accuracy
- Post waybills and return-to-stock documents accurately and on time using QuickBooks
- Compile and submit daily and weekly reports as required
- Ensure zero stock discrepancies at all times
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation using QuickBooks
- Perform other duties as assigned
